The value proposition of DoItClean Paris is to be on several segments of the Clean Beauty: DIY Cosmetic Kits in partnership with I MAKE which is the first French marketplace specialized in DIY furnitures. The partnership has been signed on the 4th November 2022. Selling finished products in partnership with a Moroccan supplier and laboratory (In process – January 2023). Creation of a 2-hour DIY Cosmetic Workshops (In process – December 2022).

After doing a market analysis and several interviews we discovered that there are 2 main topics that returns frequently: Price and time are the main drivers in grocery shopping The online grocery market is extremely fragmented and every player has different offers/ promotions/ etc. So how to choose?! Our platform would take your shopping list and show which are the proposals form all the grocery delivery entities on the market. Then you can just save time by comparing, save money by purchasing the cheapest option and customize your list with a wide range of filters.
Workshop Description:
Pitch the problem we identified and the solution we would like to develop. Short interactive Q&A session to gather additional data on our audience's purchasing behaviour when it comes to grocery shopping both online and physical. Presentation of our MVP/Prototype to gather additional feedback on design and usability. FoodScan gives you the opportunity to have a highly organised grocery shopping list and to compare it among supermarkets and delivery apps to get exactly what you want at the lowest possible price and /or with the best quality.

FuturEd
Our project consists in designing a website that will guide students through their University choice. FuturEd will be able to provide and organize the most accurate information regarding the application process by means of precise pre-selected criteria. This will solve the currently identified lack of information and reduce processes’ bureaucracy, thus improving students’ choices.
Workshop Description:
During the workshop we will show our prototype, which will feature FuturEd website with its basic functionalities and information. We want our guests to understand the problematic behind our solution. For this reason, we will guide them through the entire process by putting them in the shoes of a student (or parent) searching for their future educational step. We would definitely value the presence of external people as to ask for precise feedback and opinions.

RUSH
We found that small and amateur race organisers are lacking the capabilities to provide a good digital/modern user experience to their participants and spectators. The development of apps for individual races is too expensive and current solutions have bad UI/UX implementation. Thus, RUSH wants to offer an app platform for race organisers that enables participants to be informed about the race, track their statistics, and compare themselves against friends. Spectators should also be informed about the location of their friends and to see their health statistics throughout.

Audience should expect an interactive experience, we truly seek for collaborative feedback that will enable us to define our business model. People will have the possibility to truly test the prototype features. More precisely we will divide the audience of each session in two groups, each will need personificate a target segment and think of problems they might have and potential solutions. Additionally we will make them answer our survey and give us direct feedback on the solutions we already thought.
